Terms of Service

Please read the following rules and regulations carefully. They outline the rights and responsibilities for both our educators and learners.

Registration (Teacher)

Teachers must provide accurate identification, educational background, and teaching certificates during registration. Accounts will only be activated after the administration team completes the verification and interview process.

Class Location (Teacher)

All classes must be conducted exclusively through the institute's official online platform. Requesting students to use third-party platforms (like personal Skype or Zoom accounts) outside the institute's system is strictly prohibited.

Attendance, Absence, and Class Cancellation (Teacher)

Teachers must enter the online classroom exactly at the scheduled time. If a teacher needs to cancel or reschedule, they must inform the student and support team at least 24 hours in advance. Unexcused absences or frequent late cancellations will result in financial penalties and potential account suspension.

Tutors' Tuition Fee (Teacher)

The tuition fee percentage and settlement schedules are calculated based on the teacher's level and the number of successfully held classes. Payments are deposited into the teacher's registered bank account at the end of each billing cycle, subject to platform commission rates.

Class Location (Student)

Students are required to attend their sessions via the link provided in their user dashboard on our official website. It is the student's responsibility to ensure they are in a quiet environment with a stable internet connection before joining the room.

Attendance, Absence, and Class Cancellation (Student)

Students must join the class on time. If a student is more than 15 minutes late, the session will be marked as held. To cancel without penalty, students must cancel the session through their dashboard at least 24 hours before the class begins. Cancellations under 24 hours are non-refundable.

Payment-Related Rules (Student)

All payments for packages and individual sessions must be completed prior to booking a time slot. Wallet balances and purchased class credits are valid for the duration specified at the time of purchase and cannot be transferred to another user. Refunds are only processed according to our specific refund policy criteria.
