Booking a class is very simple. First, register an account on our website. Then, browse through our list of certified teachers, select a time that fits your schedule, and purchase a package or a single trial session. You will receive an email confirmation with the link to join your class.

You only need a computer, laptop, or tablet with a stable internet connection. A built-in or external microphone and webcam are required so your teacher can see and hear you clearly. We recommend using headphones to prevent audio echoing during the session.

Yes, you can reschedule or cancel a class without any penalty up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be charged as a completed class, as our teachers reserve that time specifically for you.

Absolutely! Once you complete a specific learning milestone or level, you will be required to take a brief assessment. Upon passing, you will receive an official A-Z Online Institute certificate of completion which you can share on your resume or LinkedIn profile.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as local secure payment gateways. If you are buying a bundle package, you will also see options for installment payments depending on your region. All transactions are securely encrypted.
